HI,I gotta tell you,my grandkids "Game players" do a much more superior job. Those dedicated "Gamers" got the rite stuff in them for these type of games. As you know these games are the most creative in so many areas,Hands down! however they cannot be a simulator,.. yet. So for games ,I use the kids gamer, for siming, well !.....I think the trend has been going on now.The Simulator/Adventure, game.To be played on...but of course the all inclusive, state or the art "X-BOX!! Hope I'm wrong.... Thanx VIN , Lionheart has a Great flying saucer,"The Invader" along with far out flying craft. In FS9,they are superb!

I have an Xbox 360 and rarely use it, I find the PC better for serious "gaming", but obviously for just non serious gaming they are the fad which is why resources for PC gaming are becoming more scarce, most companies can't afford serious development for both platforms. Actually Bills saucers along with Piglets Star Wars ships are superb in FSX as well. Cool shots, need to try this mission

Hi Michael, yes there is logic in what you say.Like you ,I monitor the comments .There seems to be,with FSX,that is,of which I have,a not so subtle disenchantment.I believe,,that today there is not a PC which can be used to extract, totally what this Sim has to offer.I wish we knew what the MS designers were using to create this thing. In essence we are all becoming test pilots.A show and tell situation. We are amazed when we get a visual result that looks good.We should be expected to have that as a norm..We all did that task already with FS9,recreating the world, literally. The novelty is gone. That may have been a labor of love for many. And each time I fire up my FS9,I thank them all..We climbed that mountain, don't need an other climb. The view seems the same any way.In the end,I see lots of cash being spent to acquire the Right Stuff. Each of us at that time will evaluate our commitment with home siming. Some things evolve to a standard status, something to judge other stuff by.FS9 has achieved that level. It was created by veteran ,talented, unselfish, simmers. they are that to me at least.....what say you? any way its still fun! Going flying with that funny looking guy in the Goose now, I'll bring the sandwiches and coffee, hope he showered! Cheers VIN
