Looking for adventure? Try Tacoma-Tokyo in a Fokker ;D The attempt happened in the early twenties. The crate fell down shortly after takeoff. It´s restauration can be seen somewhere in TC´s neighborhood at the Owls Head Transportation Museum, Maine. ( www.ohtm.org)

"Non-stop"![/i] They must've filled the fuselage with fuel! You've given me a jump-start to have a go at this, Slide. Bruce

It´s restauration can be seen somewhere in TC´s neighborhood at the Owls Head Transportation Museum, Maine. ( www.ohtm.org) It's a lovely little museum. I wish it were a bit closer. It takes about 2.5 hours to get there through heavy Summer traffic in seacoast villages. I didn't get there at all this Summer.
