I flew some more of my Flight of Passage adventure, flying a piper cub coast to coast only using a compass for navigation. My last flight ended with landing at the Washington County, PA Airport in a rainstorm. After a couple of hours the stormed passed and weather cleared for the flight west. I took off and headed west following Interstate Highway 70 hoping to make Richmond, Indiana before dark (have to get there before dark because I do not have any landing lights). Refueled in Columbus, Ohio and then continued west. I made the Indiana border close to sunset and landing at the Richmond airport as the sun was going down thus ended the first day of the trip. Day 2, took off at sunrise headed west following Interstate 70 to Mount Comfort Airport (KMQJ) just east of Indianapolis. I landed there to top off the fuel tanks and have some breakfast. After Breakfast I headed southwest flying around Indianapolis class c airspace down to Bloomington and then over to Vincennes on the Wabash River where I had to stop and save the flight and go mow the lawn. Stay tuned for the rest of day 2 as I follow the Wabash River south. Preparing to land in Richmond Indiana Taking off a dawn. Skirting Indianapolis Class C Airspace The Wabash River, time to head south.

Good to see that the journey continues, John. That's a lovely shot of the Richmond arrival at dusk.
