Day Three has us flying from Binghamton, New York to Bradford, Pennsylvania. Bradford was the home of Taylor Aircraft Company. There are several models of their cub available from Golden Age Simulations. The factory later became Piper Aircraft Company and the rest is history. 1. 10:45 a.m. departure from my Stearman parking space. 2. Taxing out of the NAT parking area. 3. Take off, 114 nm to Bradford, PA. 4. The mountains make for a good change of pace, but I don't know about landing in Bradford. 5. Flying over the field, there one hangar and the Factory. 6. The roof of the Hangar and Roof of the factory are marked. 7. After landing, got to refuel. The fuel pumps are by the factory, all triggers work. 8. Taxing over to the hangar, no lights here so the use burning barrels to mark the "EOR" End of Runway. 9. The Hangar doors open and a place for us to park. 10. Looking out from the hangar the factory is visible. More to come, off to Pittsburgh-Butler. MoCat
