The last stop for the night as we end day 16 of the NAT tour is Fairfax Airport in Kansas City. It looks like I have a decision to make here. Two airport very close together but which one is Fairfax? Let's hope that they've painted some kind of identification to accommodate us. Well, nothing at the first airport. Let's cross the river and buzz the next airfield and see what happens. All Right!! We've hit paydirt here. Now all we have to do is circle around, land without crashing and then it's time to hit the showers. The terminal at Fairfax Airport is massive and one of the nicest we've visited so far. Since I'm one of the first ones here I might as well take some time to do a little sight seeing. Looks like lot's of airlines call Fairfax their home. Braniff has a nice big hanger too. I could wander around this place for days and not see the same thing twice. Talk about all around service! They've even got a water taxi line for float planes. When you get here, make sure you take some time to look around. Bill
