Okay.... Bruce directed me to 3DTrains which have some FABULOUS payware and freeware model Diesels.
Does anyone know of any payware steam engine sites with that type of quality; i.e., sounds, textures etc?
I'm looking for a very nice steam engine with all the bells and whistles. (no pun intended)

Steve, There used to be a business a few years back that created some gorgeous pay-ware North American loco's, called "Train Artisan"....however, their "American Classics" might only be available now as a second-hand sale (eBay), as I don't think TA are still in existence. www.trainartisan.comThere was also "North American Locomotive Works" (NALW), nalw.macfall.com/releases.htmlbut their stuff is now available as freeware at train-sim.com. Apart from those two, I can't think of any others. Bruce

Bruce..... right after I posted the above thread I started searching various links at other sites. I found the "American Classics" at "Just Trains" and purchased it. ;D It is some very nice work indeed. Thanks for the other information as I think I do remember "North American Locomotive Works." I'll have to check it out after a bit.... but got to get some yard work done first to keep the depot master happy. Cheers,
