I received the timetable today from Canada for the period October 1950 through March 1951. It covers ALL of the CP rail network! Although the "Canadian" didn't commence for another 4 years, there was a trans-continental service between Montreal and Vancouver - the "Dominion". I'll use the timetable info from that to create a passenger Activity (or a couple) between Field and Kamloops. Incidentally, for a one-way trip from Toronto to Vancouver it would have cost you CAN$92.45 first class plus CAN$31.20 for a single sleeping compartment. Sounds cheap by today's prices but a considerable chunk in 1950. Bruce

That would have been a fair bit for a train ticket back then. I'll be looking forward to your activities. I just need to get Shuswap to finish my collection of MLT's CP trio. I'm planning on getting it once I've played around with WP FR for a while.

There's no rush, Kevin. I'm currently finishing off an activity for the MILW route from Alberton to Avery so the CPR will be after that.
