I put together a little PSP file that should help out with building blurred props for SP2. This is mainly aimed at helping out with port-overs. I tested it on Milton's Howard 500 and it looks ok to me. I got a little blurry-eyed (pun intended) trying to tweak it for mass release.
I'm releasing a beta version on my site in hopes that I can get a good direction to take this.
