Old vid card - texture problem

Hi all:

Reinstalled FS9 after a year or so absence and am installing GW. I have an old computer w/old vid card that did not accurately render the GW runway textures - had black lines for runway. The following fix helped it:

Tried to access this to get the fix but the link doesn't seem to exist anymore? If someone could kindly point me in the right direction to get it, I'd greatly appreciate it.
