I've just added Tom's Maine scenery to my FSGW, but as it wanted to overwrite AF2 files I said no, in case it went back to FS9 standard. Was this right, or should I reinstall, adding them?

Which Maine scenery did you install? All my FSGW3 scenery was included with Golden Wings. I didn't make any extra Golden Wings scenery. The package that Kurtis Rook & I made for Maine is modern and was intended for FS9 default. It's good that you didn't overwrite the AFCADs as the ones included with FSGW are for the 30's.

Thank you. Another question - I have the (Leon Louis?) Maine Lobsterfest somewhere. Can I use that as well as yours, or would there be conflicts?

All of Leon's scenery works fine with my Maine scenery but neither were designed for FSGW so could cause problems there. They all look great in default FS9

Thank you. I really like his fields. They are a sort of "might not have been, but should have been" world, I feel. David

I agree, Leon's fields were fictional, though many were stylized versions of places he actively flew in and out of many years ago. The Maine Lobster Fest is total fiction though. In real life there is a striking rocky beach called Seawall at that location.

That's interesting because iirc Leon wrote in several of them that they were for FSGW but would work fine in fs9.
